Responsibilities

• Lead the expansion of solar workforce development platforms and national upskilling strategies
• Build partnerships with TVET institutions, training providers, and certification bodies
• Design and deliver clean energy startup incubator and accelerator programs
• Facilitate workshops, bootcamps, and founder support programs
• Cultivate relationships with investors, government agencies, and industry associations
• Represent the organization in high-level forums and policy discussions
• Identify funding opportunities and market pathways to scale initiatives

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the solar or renewable energy industry
• Proven program and project management experience with multiple stakeholders
• Fluency in Urdu and English
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in startup ecosystems (incubators, accelerators, or investors)
• Background in management consulting, business strategy, or market development
• Prior entrepreneurship experience
