Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive IT infrastructure programs, ensuring effective planning, governance, and delivery across complex, interdependent initiatives.
• Define and maintain program roadmaps, strategic priorities, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Provide technical oversight for initiatives involving Zero Trust technologies, Microsoft Azure, cloud migrations, and telecom transformations.
• Utilize AI-powered program management tools to improve planning accuracy, timeline forecasting, and workload optimization.
• Establish and manage program governance frameworks, including RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and change control.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across IT, Security, Compliance, and Operations teams to align strategic objectives with execution.
• Drive automation and documentation improvements using tools like JIRA and AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure project management, with at least 3+ years specifically in program management.
• Proven experience leading cloud migrations and managing hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Strong expertise in risk management, dependency tracking, and resource allocation.
• Solid understanding of AI-assisted project management concepts, such as predictive planning and analytics.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL 4 and PMP standards.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills within matrixed organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Service Management platforms, JAMF, Zero Trust solutions, FortiGate, and Microsoft 365.
• Exposure to AI-enabled PM tools like Jira AI, Copilot, Smartsheet AI, or Power BI with predictive analytics.
• Professional certifications including ITIL 4, PMP, or Scrum Master.
• Knowledge of hybrid and remote infrastructure support models.
