- Lead large-scale project implementations nation-wide
- Influence and motivate an organization of high-potential professionals
- Identify opportunities and challenges within the automotive retail business model
- Drive teams with rigor to act on identified industry challenges
- Advise middle management at large automotive OEMs
Requirements
- 12-15 years of post-MBA automotive industry experience
- Premier business school graduate
- Proven track record in high-growth, high-volatility business environments
- Demonstrated consulting aptitude
- Deep understanding of automotive retail business models
- Exposure to automobile service functions
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills for public speaking
