Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Guarantee overall program performance regarding quality, cost, deadlines, and customer satisfaction
• Manage project budgets and ensure compliance with contractual billing milestones
• Lead project risk analysis and implement necessary mitigation actions
• Supervise the resolution of operational issues and coordinate the removal of obstacles impacting project progress
• Deploy project management best practices and ensure application of internal steering standards
• Conduct contractual reviews and ensure proper execution throughout the program lifecycle
• Mobilize necessary resources and anticipate future needs
• Contribute to commercial and contractual negotiations in the strategic interest of the company
• Ensure high levels of satisfaction for internal and external customers
• Support team skill development and promote a culture of collective performance
• Participate in strategic site orientations as a member of the Management Committee (CODIR)

Requirements

• Engineering degree, ideally specialized in mechanics or a comparable industrial field
• At least 5 years of experience in program management or complex project direction in an industrial environment
• Proven experience managing industrial projects in an international context
• Experience managing programs representing over €1M in revenue
• Recognized skills in hierarchical and transverse team management
• Strong mastery of financial, budgetary, and contractual aspects of complex projects
• Experience managing relationships with strategic clients or key accounts
• PMP certification is an asset
• Leadership, ability to unite teams, and strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Mandatory proficiency in English
• Structured, results-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement
