About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide overall program management and oversight for all contractor activities under the task order
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government COR and contractor staff
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of all contract requirements
- Ensure timely delivery of all services, deliverables, and reporting obligations
- Manage staffing, performance, and resource allocation to meet mission needs
- Oversee quality assurance and risk management processes
- Support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain full compliance with contract terms, policies, and performance standards
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of program management experience in a comparable environment
- BA/BS degree in administrative, management, communications, or a related business discipline
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Must be fully empowered to make operational decisions
