Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program management and oversight for all contractor activities under the task order
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government COR and contractor staff
• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of all contract requirements
• Ensure timely delivery of all services, deliverables, and reporting obligations
• Manage staffing, performance, and resource allocation to meet mission needs
• Oversee quality assurance and risk management processes
• Support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain full compliance with contract terms, policies, and performance standards

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of program management experience in a comparable environment
• BA/BS degree in administrative, management, communications, or a related business discipline
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• Must be fully empowered to make operational decisions
