Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of the Community Living Support program to ensure safe and consistent service delivery
• Provide leadership, supervision, and coaching to frontline staff to foster a positive, values-led team culture
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, funding agreements, policies, and safeguarding requirements
• Oversee the delivery of person-centred supports that promote independence and community participation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, carers, and community stakeholders
• Manage program operations, including staffing, rosters, and resource allocation
• Monitor program performance and contribute to reporting and continuous improvement activities

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in community services, social work, human services, management, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience leading community-based or human services programs
• Strong leadership capability with the ability to motivate and support frontline teams
• Knowledge of compliance, safeguarding, and quality frameworks within NDIS or funded human services environments
• Sound understanding of person-centred practice
• Valid driver's licence and a current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
