Responsibilities

• Spot and validate opportunities through market research and hypothesis testing
• Own go-to-market strategies including positioning, pricing, and early customer acquisition
• Conduct customer interviews and engage with domain experts to drive decisions
• Execute hands-on tasks such as writing copy, setting up tools, and onboarding first users
• Establish operating cadences, OKRs, and internal systems for new ventures

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in consulting, startup growth, investment, or as a founder
• MBA from a strong program or proven experience co-founding a company
• Experience working in early-stage, ambiguous environments
• Technical literacy with the ability to engage with technology and use no-code tools
• Strong bias toward action and iterative learning
• High level of curiosity regarding markets and people
