Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior program leader and primary point of contact between MAXISIQ and the Government customer
• Own end-to-end program execution including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management
• Lead program-level planning, staffing, resource allocation, and subcontractor oversight
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, FAR, DFARS, and DoD cybersecurity policies
• Manage program financials, invoicing, and monthly reporting
• Direct cyber range, IT-OT, and DoD Cyber Test Range knowledge into program execution
• Support proposal, task order, and change management activities
• Provide mentorship and performance management for program staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Minimum 7 years of program or project management experience in a DoD or Federal environment
• Experience with full software/system delivery lifecycle (SDLC), budget, schedule, and risk management
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required at start
• Proven ability to communicate with senior Government stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Documented experience leading programs with RMF/ATO activities
• CMMI Level 3 process discipline
• Minimum 5 years of knowledge in cyber range, IT-OT, and DoD Cyber Test Range environments
• Direct experience managing cyber training, cyber test, or cyber range programs
• Familiarity with Army cyber programs or MACC-TTE environments
