Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple data-related programs and projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and successful delivery
• Apply Agile practices using tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Confluence to monitor progress and performance
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies to achieve defined objectives
• Provide strategic direction, guidance, and performance oversight to project managers and teams
• Ensure proper reporting, governance, and decision-making at the program level

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Program or Portfolio Management, preferably within data-focused projects
• Strong experience in Program and Portfolio Management
• Solid understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Confluence
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Native or fluent proficiency in both Arabic and English

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, or RMP certifications from PMI
• Agile certifications
