Program Manager - Market Representation

Responsibilities

• Lead the Ford Signature Design team to complete Dealership facilities within the International Market Group (IMG)
• Develop and execute a Dealer planning CI cycle plan that supports business plan objectives
• Manage renovation projects and lead the implementation of the Ford Signature refresh program across IMG
• Build a center of excellence for facility design standards providing value-add support and insights
• Review and approve design drawing packages for dealerships sent to the Market for review and construction
• Coordinate with the Ford Global Architectural Team for design updates and changes
• Develop and nurture the Dealership Design team through career development and competency training
• Ensure appropriate file management including photos, drawings, and project status reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• Professional Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA)
• 15+ years of related architecture experience including supervisory duties
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam
• Experience in facility design and construction
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Ability to travel globally
