Program Manager, Mapping Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead root-cause investigations into map quality issues to identify organizational breakdowns and workflow vulnerabilities
• Act as a technical bridge between Engineering/Product and Operations teams
• Manage progress on multiple concurrent initiatives and ensure deadlines are aligned
• Scrutinize data trends and develop heuristics to solve complex problems and explore anomalies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in operations, analytics, or project management
• Advanced proficiency with data organization and modeling in Google Sheets or Excel
• Exceptional communication skills for distilling technical logic for non-technical audiences
• Ability to make pragmatic decisions in ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL for data retrieval
• Familiarity with mapping concepts and spatial data (lat/long, polygons)
• Experience with vendor management or managing outsourced workflows
