Program Manager, M&A Technology Integration

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end infrastructure integration programs for M&A transactions, focusing on cloud, identity, collaboration (M365), and end-user computing.
• Develop and manage detailed program plans, including milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and delivery sequencing.
• Coordinate execution across cloud engineering, infrastructure operations, IAM, cybersecurity, and end-user computing teams.
• Track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely resolution and alignment with enterprise security and compliance standards.
• Lead infrastructure cutover planning to ensure secure, stable Day 1 readiness with minimal business disruption.
• Support technology due diligence by providing input on infrastructure complexity and translating findings into actionable integration plans.
• Act as the central point of coordination for technical and business stakeholders, delivering status updates and executive-ready materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in technology program or project management roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale infrastructure transformation programs, including cloud and Microsoft 365 migrations.
• Strong domain knowledge in Azure, Identity and Access Management (IAM), networking, and cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to drive outcomes in complex, matrixed organizations without direct authority.
• Experience developing program artifacts such as detailed project plans, RAID logs, and governance materials.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience supporting M&A technology integrations, including infrastructure onboarding or Day 1 readiness activities.
