Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day program execution and serve as the primary interface between LeoLabs and customer stakeholders
• Manage program scope, schedule, deliverables, resources, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful contract performance
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, product, business development, and customer success
• Monitor program performance against contractual, technical, cost, and schedule objectives
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, status reports, and customer briefings
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while driving issue resolution and corrective actions
• Facilitate customer meetings, technical reviews, program management reviews, and milestone events
• Support contract administration activities, including change management, reporting requirements, and deliverable tracking
• Collaborate with business development and capture teams to identify follow-on opportunities and contract growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Aerospace, Physical Sciences, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience managing technical programs, projects, contracts, or customer-facing initiatives
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in complex operational or technical environments
• Strong knowledge of program management principles, lifecycle management, and risk management practices
• Experience supporting government, defense, aerospace, space, intelligence, or technology programs
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Department of Defense, U.S. Space Force, Intelligence Community, or NASA
• Familiarity with Space Domain Awareness (SDA), Space Situational Awareness (SSA), or radar systems
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent credential
• Experience managing cost-reimbursable, fixed-price, and/or time-and-materials contracts
• Active U.S. security clearance
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Program Management
