Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a 47-person workforce of analysts and engineers conducting operational analyses of Command and Control Information Systems and Procedures (C2ISP)
• Serve as the primary interface with Government Contracting Officers (KO), CORs, and military management personnel
• Manage complete project lifecycles, including planning, execution, resource management, and delivery
• Provide technical and managerial leadership across the full scope of the Performance Work Statement (PWS)
• Oversee financial management for a long-term contract, balancing budget constraints with growth requirements
• Coordinate customer analytical and technical requirements with assessment project military leads
• Support program execution priorities including staffing, risk management, and employee engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of management experience, or a Master's degree and 6+ years of experience
• US Citizenship with an active Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility
• At least 2 years of specialized experience in the C2ISP field (air, maritime, or ground command and control)
• Proven experience in test or assessment-related program or project management
• Expertise in the management and control of funds and resources
• Demonstrated capability managing support contracts of similar type, scope, and complexity
