Program Manager | Learning Solutions/eLearning

Responsibilities

• Own and manage multiple enterprise learning programs, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Partner directly with clients to understand business goals, uncover learning needs, and align solutions accordingly.
• Translate client requirements into clear direction for cross-functional teams including design, development, and delivery.
• Drive program governance, including KPIs, risk management, forecasting, and compliance.
• Review deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations and learning objectives.
• Proactively communicate progress, risks, and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts through additional work or expanded scope.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the learning industry (eLearning, training delivery, or learning solutions).
• 8+ years of experience managing complex projects or programs, ideally in a professional services environment.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and drive accountability.
• Strong commercial awareness, including experience with forecasting, budgeting, and scope management.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and confidence working directly with clients to resolve issues.
• Clear, structured communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMI or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience supporting proposal development or solutioning for custom learning projects.
