Program Manager, Labeling Operations

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end ML dataset lifecycle, including demand planning, capacity plans, and policy creation
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual capacity planning cycles to align resources with product demand
• Take direct ownership of the quality of delivered datasets
• Collaborate with engineering partners and label requestors to fulfill requirements on time and within budget
• Establish governance structures to monitor and communicate program progress to stakeholders and executives
• Partner with Engineering, Infra, and Product teams to drive operational improvements
• Manage vendor operations and solve labeling process issues using a data-driven approach

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business discipline
• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale and dynamic programs or projects
• Extensive experience in Product Operations or product execution programs
• Experience leading complex programs involving Machine Learning data annotation or Human-in-the-Loop initiatives
• Proven ability to define and execute projects within timelines independently
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and handle ambiguity
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with globally distributed teams
