Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage program execution across WNS and AFGSC initiatives, including cost, schedule, performance, and risk
• Serve as a Staff Action Officer (SAO) supporting MAJCOM-level coordination, taskings, and executive communications
• Develop, route, track, and close staff packages in accordance with USAF staffing processes
• Provide subject matter expertise in USAF Civil Engineering (CE) processes for facility development and sustainment
• Prepare and process DD Form 1391 and related CE documentation
• Support planning, programming, and execution of military construction (MILCON) and facility sustainment projects
• Coordinate design reviews for facility and simulator-related infrastructure
• Oversee requirements for secure facility construction, including communications, power, and environmental controls
• Support SCIF planning, design, construction, and accreditation processes
• Coordinate with stakeholders across AFLCMC, AFGSC, base CE offices, security, and intelligence organizations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Program Management, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience supporting DoD or USAF programs
• Demonstrated experience as a Staff Action Officer (SAO) or supporting MAJCOM-level staffing processes
• Direct experience with USAF Civil Engineering (CE) processes, including project planning and execution
• Experience preparing and processing DD Form 1391 and related facility programming documentation
• Experience supporting MILCON, facility sustainment, or infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with SCIF planning, design, and accreditation processes
• Knowledge of applicable standards such as ICD 705, UFCs, and DoD facility criteria
• Active Secret security clearance (Top Secret/SCI eligibility preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
• PMP certification or DAWIA Program Management certification
• Experience supporting AFGSC or AFLCMC organizations
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
• Experience working directly with base Civil Engineer organizations
• Familiarity with facility-related budgeting and the POM process
