Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Human Space Flight Support (HSFS) activities, managing contract performance, personnel leadership, and customer engagement.
• Oversee all aspects of contract performance, including compliance with requirements, schedules, budgets, and standards.
• Prepare and deliver contract deliverables such as Integrated Master Schedules, program status reports, financial updates, and risk assessments.
• Manage day-to-day operations supporting planning, training, development testing, and mission execution.
• Supervise and coach direct reports, overseeing timekeeping, performance, and development planning.
• Lead recruiting activities, including interviewing, hiring, and personnel transitions.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with government customers to ensure alignment with mission priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 17+ years of successful leadership experience managing teams or organizations.
• Extensive experience supporting U.S. Government programs, including planning, directing, and deploying complex systems.
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale contracts of $30M+ annually.
• PMP or PgMP certification.
• Active U.S. Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain).
• Strong understanding of IT systems, cybersecurity disciplines, and user activity monitoring systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• DoD headquarters experience.
• Experience with counterintelligence, insider threat programs, and behavior analysis frameworks.
• Expertise in communication, issue resolution, requirements management, and risk/opportunity management.
