Program Manager, K-12 and Workforce Pathways

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of K–12 and workforce pathway programs, including operations, logistics, and timelines.
• Coordinate with school districts, community partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure program success.
• Track program milestones and outcomes to support evaluation and accountability.
• Support the implementation of internships and camps.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and briefings for Director-level review.
• Manage procurement and financial support activities, including vendor coordination and budget tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, nonprofit management, project management, or a related field.
• Two years of professional experience supporting or coordinating projects or programs, preferably in education, STEM, workforce development, or youth programming.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex projects and shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience in K–12 or STEM-focused educational programming and partnering with urban school districts.
• Experience with public sector procurement, budgeting processes, or supporting grant-funded, multi-organization initiatives.
