Program Manager, JWO, Tech Deployment

Responsibilities

• Own and execute project plans and delivery commitments, reporting on status, milestones, and goals to stakeholders
• Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the ability to launch stores on time
• Provide input to short-term and long-term strategic planning aligned with business goals
• Build and manage timelines to ensure on-time completion and desired business results
• Assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, and provide escalation management
• Communicate status risks and changes in program milestones to senior business leaders and large user populations

Requirements

• 2+ years of program or project management experience
• 2+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
• Experience in MS Access and SQL
