Program Manager - IT Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional operational programs to improve scalability, consistency, and operational maturity
• Drive operational excellence initiatives across IT Support, employee lifecycle, and research support environments
• Build operating models, readiness plans, escalation paths, and success metrics for complex programs
• Partner with technical teams to ensure new deployments and infrastructure are operationally ready
• Drive high-priority programs supporting infrastructure expansion and operational integrations
• Improve operational visibility and stakeholder alignment across long-running initiatives
• Own intake, prioritization, and completion of operational work from cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

• 10+ years of program management experience in high-growth, fast-moving environments
• Experience building and scaling operational processes and service models across technical teams
• Proven track record improving internal operations or large-scale service-oriented programs
• Excellent judgment and execution skills for driving prioritization and alignment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for technical and non-technical partners
