Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage buying programs for global partners and support regional go-to-market initiatives
• Act as a key liaison between Cisco and Ingram Micro for program execution and operational support
• Navigate Cisco procedures, policies, and vendor exception processes to ensure compliance
• Support Cisco-driven initiatives, campaigns, and strategic projects to drive partner engagement
• Develop and deliver training sessions, demos, and enablement materials for internal teams and partners
• Create outbound content and messaging to support sales initiatives and Business Development Representatives
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Partner Operations Managers, and cross-functional teams
• Track project timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure timely issue resolution

Requirements

• Four-year college degree or equivalent related experience
• 3 years of functional experience, including at least 1 year of position-specific experience
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with executive-level stakeholders
• Proven presentation and facilitation skills for delivering training and demos
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
