Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to uncover learning needs and propose suitable learning solutions
• Elicit client information regarding expectations, budgets, and constraints to communicate to the team
• Analyze scope of work to provide accurate size and effort estimates
• Review created artifacts to ensure they map accurately to client requirements
• Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Govern multiple simultaneous projects and accounts
• Forecast revenue and ensure contractual compliance
• Drive project KPIs including schedule, quality, budget, and contractual obligations
• Proactively update clients on progress, risks, and deviations with proposed contingency measures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 10+ years of experience in the online learning industry
• 8+ years of experience in project or program management within the learning industry
• Proven ability to provide oversight to large development teams
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMI Certification is highly desired
