Program Manager II/Senior, ADCS Components

Responsibilities

• Lead program management activities and act as the customer interface for ADCS Component programs
• Interface with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to deliver End Item Data Packages
• Plan production operations across yearly, quarterly, monthly, and weekly scales
• Track production, inventory, and procurement to estimate lead times and identify risks
• Manage onboarding, intake, and export permit applications for new customers
• Manage customer communication, support requests, and RMAs
• Monitor pipeline opportunities to identify risks and opportunities in advance of order receipt
• Develop strong relationships across business divisions to ensure alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical discipline
• 2+ years of experience in aerospace or defense (for Program Manager II)
• 5+ years of experience in aerospace or defense (for Senior Program Manager I)
• 8+ years of experience in aerospace or defense (for Senior Program Manager II)
• Technical knowledge of satellite ADCS systems, specifically reaction wheels and star trackers
• Ability to work in-person in the Toronto office 5 days a week
• Availability outside normal business hours as required by customer time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in aerospace engineering or business
• Experience in the design or manufacture of reaction wheels and/or star trackers
• Proven success in program or engineering management of satellite ADCS products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and MS Project
• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams
