Program Manager II

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with commercial partners in Mexico, acting as the primary point of contact and resolving escalations.
• Drive adoption of Amazon programs and ensure performance standards are met across the network.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Program teams to surface partner feedback and influence roadmap priorities.
• Track partner health metrics and lead process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and profitability.
• Identify network quality gaps and advocate for customer needs internally.

Requirements

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
• Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Proven ability to use data and metrics to determine and drive business improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at various levels of an organization.
• Experience building processes, project management frameworks, and schedules.
