Program Manager II

Responsibilities

• Identify, validate, and size the impact of friction points in the Amazon retail buying experience to reduce customer drop-off.
• Partner with upstream teams, subject matter experts, vendor managers, and account managers to streamline and standardize buying processes.
• Collaborate with technical points of contact to develop and implement scalable solutions.
• Prepare holistic documentation regarding buying experience levers, insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and improvements based on business metrics and customer signals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
• 3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives.
• Proven experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience in stakeholder management, including dealing with multiple stakeholders at various levels of an organization.
• Experience building processes, project management frameworks, and schedules.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
