Program Manager II

Responsibilities

• Optimize store capacity utilization, including bin density, ASIN rationalization, and space allocation across darkstores.
• Drive cost-per-order reduction across end-to-end operations, including UTR pick efficiency and middle mile utilization.
• Own the program roadmap for Click-to-Door (C2D) reduction by identifying bottlenecks in order acceptance, dispatch, and last mile delivery.
• Scope, plan, and execute operational improvement projects from opportunity identification through to measurable business impact.
• Build and manage a portfolio of initiatives with clear prioritization based on customer experience and P&L impact.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Tech, Finance, and Operations teams to remove blockers and deliver on commitments.
• Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track capacity utilization and cost metrics across KSA stores.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with both tech and non-tech teams.
• 5+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Master's degree.
• Experience in program requirements definition and leveraging data to drive improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of an organization.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
