Program Manager II

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional export speed programs, including project planning, execution coordination, and budget management.
• Leverage SQL and advanced Excel to set program objectives, identify improvement opportunities, and drive measurable performance metrics.
• Navigate ambiguous business scenarios using structured problem-solving to identify and mitigate risks.
• Foster collaboration across internal teams and external partners, such as carriers and customs brokers, to optimize resource allocation.
• Develop and oversee KPI reporting to provide visibility of milestones and progress to senior leadership.
• Communicate status, risks, and process changes through executive presentations and business reviews.

Requirements

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
• Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Proven ability to use data and metrics to determine and drive operational improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at various levels of an organization.
• Experience building processes, project management frameworks, and detailed schedules.
