Program Manager II

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end high-impact and high-visibility programs that impact pricing and customer experience
• Collaborate with Tech, Product, Operations, and Category teams to ensure timely project deliverables
• Analyze complex data and dive deep into processes to derive business-critical insights for system enhancements
• Write compelling business documents and drive strategic outcomes for Senior Leadership
• Build a data-oriented culture by adopting technical solutions and driving process improvement projects

Requirements

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
• 3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLookUps) and SQL
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to determine necessary improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
• Proven track record of driving large-scale process improvements
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience dealing with multiple levels of an organization
• Experience in building processes, managing projects, and maintaining schedules
