About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage Amazon India Warehouse Launches for specialty fulfilment
- Coordinate launch activities with procurement, compliance, supply chain, operations, and technology teams
- Create launch roadmaps and finalize launch dates
- Develop vision documents and write progress reports for leadership
- Identify pain points and scope out solution themes and associated projects
- Drive forecast improvement and conduct cost-benefit analysis for initiatives
- Liaise across functions to clear project issues and bottlenecks
Requirements
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System program experience
- 3+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler experience in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution industries
- 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 2+ years of Amazon RME experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and writing detailed requirement documents
- Experience using Microsoft Projects software
- Experience with material handling systems (MHS) installation, operation, and maintenance
- Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams
