Program Manager, Human Data

Responsibilities

• Partner with research, operations, and engineering teams to execute complex data collection programs
• Act as a key interface between external vendors and AI trainers
• Gather requirements, write instructions, define success criteria, and calibrate AI trainers
• Use internal tooling to assess labeled data and provide feedback to trainers
• Recommend tooling and process improvements to optimize quality, throughput, and trainer experience

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with data analytics to inform decisions and improve processes
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage shifting priorities in a high-velocity environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfort with operational tasks and executing efficiently
