Program Manager, Human Data

Responsibilities

• Execute complex programs for collecting high-quality human data to train and evaluate AI models
• Act as a key interface between research teams, operations, engineering, and external vendors
• Gather requirements, write instructions, define success criteria, and calibrate AI trainers
• Use internal tooling to assess labeled data and provide actionable feedback to trainers
• Identify and recommend process and tooling improvements to optimize quality and throughput

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
• Hands-on experience with data analytics to inform decisions and improve processes
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest or background in AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Agents
• Experience working in high-velocity startup environments
• A solution-oriented mindset with a focus on operational excellence
