Responsibilities

• Participate in the definition of project strategy and feasibility optimization
• Assist in the development of financial and architectural feasibility studies
• Support relations with local authorities regarding declarations, authorizations, and permits
• Help in the designation of project managers and service providers
• Assist in the preparation of building permit applications and administrative authorizations
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders
• Support the project manager during the operational setup of the project

Requirements

• Student from an engineering, business, law, real estate, or architecture school
• Strong interest in the real estate sector
• Previous experience in an internship, summer job, or apprenticeship
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and analytical mindset
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
• Autonomous with a proactive, intrapreneurial spirit
• Passion for urban development and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)
