Responsibilities

• Drive employer success by executing project-based work that supports adoption, retention, and expansion efforts
• Develop targeted recruiting campaigns by crafting messaging and executing outreach
• Analyze hiring trends and performance metrics through custom reporting and audits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with end users to ensure platform value and ROI
• Create best practices and training materials focused on diversity, inclusion, and sourcing strategies
• Serve as a product expert to advise employer partners on maximizing recruiting success
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the employer experience

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in customer-facing SaaS, recruiting, implementation, or professional services
• Ability to understand customer business goals and recommend strategies to drive adoption
• Experience thriving in ambiguity and working quickly in a dynamic startup environment
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Strong project management skills with experience owning projects end-to-end
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams
• Must be based in San Francisco or New York City and available to work in office 5 days a week
