Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee activities related to the execution of contracts or contract subsets
• Serve as the single point of contact for program-related inquiries
• Facilitate interdepartmental cohesiveness between engineering, certification, and supply chain
• Ensure projects progress on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Communicate concise program statuses and priorities to the program team
• Organize and facilitate contractual coordination and milestone meetings
• Guide the Change Order process for assigned projects
• Keep customers and executive management informed through program reviews and status reports
• Negotiate revised delivery dates, costs, or other contract parameters

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum of six years of related experience or training
• Aerospace background required
• Aircraft interior industry experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Accounting, Database, and Project Management software
• Ability to travel as required
• Must qualify as a US Person (US Citizen, Permanent Resident, or political asylee)

• Broad technical and certification knowledge
• Experience with prototype engineering and integration processes
