Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead programs from RFI/RFQ through 6 months post-production
• Manage customer relationships and negotiations as the official Global Product representative
• Develop business plans, define investment schemes, and manage program budgets
• Track program progress via dashboards and budget reports
• Conduct risk/opportunity analysis and implement action plans
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Controlling, Purchasing, Quality, and Engineering
• Ensure smooth program transfer from Development Center to Production Plant

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• Master's degree in engineering or program management
• 4-7 years of experience in vehicle assembly, Tier 1 suppliers, or energy storage systems
• 3-5 years of project management experience
• Strong financial knowledge and ability to manage business plans
• Proficiency in PM processes, standards, and tools
• Ability to work in a matrixed organization
• Willingness to travel overseas
