Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end immigration strategy, serving as the primary SME for major US visa categories (H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM)
• Build the rotation and mobility program, overseeing the complete lifecycle of international transfers and permanent relocations
• Drive operational excellence by documenting standardized processes and managing vendor relationships
• Design scalable manager communication systems and self-service resources
• Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive case workflows and draft communications at scale
• Support global expansion and M&A by assessing work authorization feasibility

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate immigration and global mobility
• Strong project management skills with experience designing scalable programs
• Systems-oriented mindset with the ability to build repeatable playbooks
• Genuine AI fluency and experience using tools to automate workflows
• Exceptional communication skills to translate legal nuance for senior leaders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI-assisted workflows
• Experience with international relocations, tax equalization, and secondment compliance
• Background in high-growth tech, including multi-country expansions and M&A integration
