Program Manager - Global CX Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management of global projects and initiatives for CX Operations and other CX teams
• Translate strategic initiatives and business needs into structured, executable programs
• Drive stakeholder alignment across all business functions, including product, marketing, sales, and finance
• Establish governance structures, progress reporting, and central coordination across multiple workstreams
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, resistance, and escalations
• Ensure successful adoption of new processes and continuous improvement of implementation methodologies
• Provide visibility on progress and outcomes to senior leadership while removing blockers

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management within a matrixed, global organization
• Proven expertise in driving transformational initiatives and managing change with empathy
• Demonstrable understanding of customer success, professional services, or customer support motions
• Strong ability to navigate organizational complexity and drive alignment among diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management software and experience with program governance and risk management
• Excellent command of English and strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
• Financial and operational awareness, including budgeting and resource planning

• Agile or SAFe certification
