Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a set of interdependent projects within a program logic to ensure strategic alignment
• Act as the primary interface between Getinge and internal/external clients
• Manage global project performance, including the arbitration of priorities, resources, and deadlines
• Guarantee adherence to Quality, Cost, and Deadline objectives
• Provide structured reporting to governance bodies and the Executive Committee
• Manage cross-functional risks and ensure the consistency of project deliverables (validation protocols, specifications, technical manuals)
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding project progress and negotiate cost/deadline optimizations when necessary
• Apply and enforce Quality, HSE, and environmental procedures

Requirements

• Engineering degree (generalist, with plastics/injection molding knowledge appreciated)
• At least 3 years of experience in large-scale project management (product, process, or infrastructure) within an industrial environment
• Technical knowledge in mechanics, electrical systems, pneumatics, or automation
• Proficiency in MS Project and the MS Office Pack
• Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP or Cegid)
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of metrology, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and plastic injection
