Program Manager, Foundations Data and Operations

Responsibilities

• Work closely with research teams to define data acquisition priorities and timelines aligned with the research roadmap
• Translate research objectives into technical requirements and operational plans to ensure high-quality data workflows
• Lead vendor and partner engagements, including evaluating suppliers, negotiating agreements, and managing delivery
• Establish and maintain metrics for data quality, throughput, and efficiency to provide visibility to leadership
• Identify gaps in the data ecosystem and drive initiatives to strengthen acquisition and creation capabilities

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in operations, strategy, venture capital, private equity, or consulting
• 5+ years of experience operating within a company
• Proven track record of end-to-end ownership of large, ambiguous problems
• Experience engaging with and influencing executives and senior leaders
• Highly analytical mindset with a sophisticated approach to data-driven decision making
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
