Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of customer-focused products and services
• Act as the primary leader for large New Product Introduction (NPI) projects
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality, testing, materials, and process targets
• Communicate project status, day-to-day activities, and technical requirements to external customers and upper management
• Manage project schedules, financial parameters, and profitability from initiation through transfer
• Develop status reports, including project financials, to ensure cost control and requirement fulfillment
• Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to resolve project issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Robust experience in a similar role, working closely with personnel on a manufacturing production floor
• Proficiency in both English (conversational) and Spanish
• Strong knowledge of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and PTH (Pin Through Hole) processes
• Deep understanding of technical manufacturing processes
• Strong organizational, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving skills
