Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead complex medical device programs both technically and operationally
• Provide leadership and mentoring in product development and program management to team members
• Serve as the primary communication point with clients, facilitating brainstorming and design reviews
• Identify program risks and implement mitigation strategies while managing schedules and budgets
• Author proposals including project plans, schedules, and resource/material cost estimates
• Build and maintain client relationships to identify and drive new business opportunities
• Manage product development programs from early concept through production, ensuring design for manufacturing principles

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical, Software, or Plastics preferred)
• 6+ years of product development experience
• 3+ years of project leadership or program management experience
• 3+ years of experience in a regulated industry
• Knowledge of ISO13485 standards

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• Direct experience in medical device development
