Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers to understand expectations, sales contract terms, and requirements
• Manage product programs across internal departments to ensure all customer requirements are met
• Manage forecasts and project program revenue to achieve financial results and control Excess & Obsolescence (E&O)
• Drive continuous product cost reduction to enhance P&L, inventory turns, and accounts receivable
• Oversee order process management to enhance revenue and ensure on-time delivery
• Lead the New Program Introduction (NPI) team to meet time-to-market, volume, quality, and cost targets
• Manage capacity planning, production scheduling, and material procurement to respond to demand fluctuations
• Drive project KPIs including On-Time Delivery (OTD), Inventory Turnover, and Customer Satisfaction
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and Engineering to resolve bottlenecks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience in project management
• Proven experience in both New Product Introduction (NPI) and Mass Run environments
• Fluency in English (both oral and written)
• Strong financial cost management and logistics knowledge
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure circumstances
