Program Manager - Financial Analysis

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, reporting, and oversight of OpEx and CapEx budgets, including forecasting and long-range outlooks.
• Perform detailed variance analysis of budget versus actual results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and manage financial KPIs to deliver actionable insights to senior and executive leadership.
• Act as a financial partner to Asset & Energy Management (AEM) leadership to support strategic and investment decisions.
• Manage the end-to-end RFP bid process through iBuy (Ariba), coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial models, reporting processes, and performance management practices.
• Analyze contract terms and scopes of work to mitigate risk and improve procurement outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in the energy industry.
• Proven experience with renewable energy operations and processes.
• Proficiency with SAP.
• Strong understanding of purchasing, inventory, and work orders.
• Ability to communicate effectively and articulate financial data to senior leaders (Vice Presidents, Directors, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in project tracking and management.
• Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, specifically Power BI.
• Advanced Excel skills.
