Program Manager - Feed Safety

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers by demonstrating the economic and technical benefits of feed safety solutions.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop professional equipment services and technical sales support materials, including demos and trials.
• Define Unique Selling Propositions (USPs) and assist in the creation of marketing materials and sales approaches.
• Provide dosage and application recommendations for feed ingredients and act as a troubleshooting desk for technical queries.
• Initiate, track, and integrate local field trial data into sales dossiers.
• Deliver technical and economic training to sales teams, nutritionists, customers, and distributors.
• Support R&D efforts by using market insights, literature research, and customer feedback to drive product innovation.
• Develop and execute annual technical plans, including budget planning and three-year strategic outlooks.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Animal Nutrition, Agribusiness, Feed Processing, or an equivalent field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Manager or in a related technical role.
• Strong understanding of feed production processes.
• Proven ability to create and deliver compelling professional presentations.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English is mandatory.
