Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of the EMS program, ensuring delivery, quality, and governance across multiple project streams
• Drive alignment between Ericsson and EMS across production, supply chain, and project execution
• Hold external suppliers (EMS) accountable for delivery, quality, and adherence to production processes
• Establish and enforce program governance, roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths
• Monitor production performance, backlog, and output to ensure operational stability
• Oversee production relocation, ramp-ups, and capacity planning
• Drive material readiness and mitigation strategies for supply chain shortages or logistics issues
• Lead program steering meetings and provide transparent status updates to executive leadership
• Identify and manage program risks across delivery, supply, and quality streams

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations
• PMP or PjMP certification
• 10+ years of professional experience
• At least 5 years of experience leading large-scale infrastructure programs or projects
• Proven experience managing external suppliers, EMS, or partners
• Experience in multi-site or global manufacturing and supply chain environments
• Strong expertise in risk management, escalation management, and program governance
• Excellent communication skills with experience managing senior stakeholders
