Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, delivery, and refinement of Leadership Academy programming
• Ensure leadership, mentorship, and skill-building are embedded in every session
• Facilitate leadership development sessions and mentor youth through relationship-based engagement
• Address behavioral and social-emotional needs using PBIS-aligned and trauma-informed practices
• Monitor attendance, participation, and leadership growth indicators
• Ensure accurate data collection, documentation, and reporting
• Build relationships with families to support youth accountability and engagement
• Represent EPIC Youth professionally in community settings and events

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading youth leadership, mentoring, or enrichment programs
• Demonstrated experience facilitating group programs and mentoring youth
• Strong knowledge of positive youth development strategies for adolescent males
• Strong facilitation, public speaking, and communication skills
• Ability to use data and feedback to inform continuous improvement
• Experience building relationships with families, schools, and community partners
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in youth development, education, or social services
