Responsibilities

• Confirm installation from concept to final handover of all system components
• Ensure labour, equipment, and materials are planned and executed by installation partners
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of critical third-party vendors and manage performance
• Act as the primary escalation point for vendor bottlenecks to protect program timelines
• Serve as a strategic partner for key stakeholders, translating business objectives into roadmaps
• Oversee completion of inspection, testing, demonstration, and acceptance of equipment and software
• Ensure Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes are adhered to
• Confirm project SLAs are met with security systems active by Practical Completion
• Identify and track project constraints, risks, actions, issues, and decisions daily

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a program management position
• Experience managing multi-threaded programs with interconnected workstreams
• Proven track record in project delivery
• Strong vendor management skills
• Familiarity with project management software

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management experience in security or radio operations deployment
• Prince2 or equivalent qualifications
• Experience with RF & LMR projects
• Exposure to Motorola, iBwave, or SmartPTT
