Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate multiple security infrastructure projects ensuring alignment with global standards
• Build and maintain relationships with leadership and subject matter experts
• Design and standardize documentation and processes for embedded programme management
• Draft improvement proposals and implement changes for efficiency and scalability
• Report performance metrics to evaluate project progress and success
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues
• Lead project and service meetings to ensure stakeholder alignment

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in programme or project management
• Proven track record in delivering complex projects
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Programme management experience in security within a global environment
• Prince2 or equivalent qualifications
• Familiarity with project management software tools
• Experience in a logistics or infrastructure environment
• Experience with construction or architectural projects
