Program Manager, Enrollment

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Florida Enrollment workflow calendar of events, processes, and communications
• Coordinate and manage team and inter-departmental agendas and publish post-meeting summaries
• Become a subject matter expert in F.A.S.T.E.R. and Florida state Automated Student Information System functions
• Manage and execute all SIS deliverables in collaboration with the Enrollment Temp team
• Support the launch of the SA Florida New Scholar Application and manage application-related tickets
• Assist with the SA Florida lottery process and perform quality checks on student application data
• Regularly audit Salesforce and SIS data to evaluate registration and enrollment data
• Collaborate on data-driven adjustments to registration and recruitment activities
• Monitor, resolve, and respond to all enrollment escalation tickets

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience
• Strong project management skills with experience in agile methodologies or project management tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
• Proficiency in analyzing business processes and translating them into technical solutions
• Ability to work autonomously and manage projects with minimal supervision
